Guardian Spirit of Water

Watch over the Water,

that is so precious to our life force.

Help the world realize how important the element of water is.

How important the lives with in the water are.

Bless the sacredness of the waters of the world.

Today's covering!
Today I though I would try a bit of a different bun wrap. It has been a couple weeks now that I have had my hair and head covered everyday. I have to say I am still in love with it, and the way it makes me feel. The feeling that I answered a call, and am fulfilling what the call for me is, is fantastic.

August 30th 2013 Prayer for letting go of guilt

Most of us carry around guilt for something. Some of us including me need help letting it go.

Lord and Lady

As life's journey takes us many places,

At times we may feel guilt for things we have done,

or should have done.

We ask that you help guide us at learning to let go of guilt.

The burden of guilt can place a heavy toll

upon our spirit

With your loving guidance

We ask for help on lifting this burden

So that we may continue to grow in life,

and in spirit

So mote it be

During a waning moon is a good time to do rituals, spells and meditation about letting something go or breaking a bad habit. Add an extra bit of "power" light a white candle (tea lights will work) sit in meditation for a while, pray and chant out loud or to your self, about letting go of guilt. 

Today as I was wrapping my scarves it made me think how much in the last year I have grown with my spirituality. I am thankful that especially in the last 4 months or so I have really started to listen, pay attention and grow with my Path. My other Blog: Why I head cover/veil Post

August 29th 2013 Four Corners Children's Prayer

This is a variation of a Prayer I found some time ago 

 that I changed some as it was a Christian Prayer but I loved it so much I made it suit us. I say it with my daughter and it is one of her favorites. 

Four Corners

Four Corners to my bed

Four Spirits round my head

Two to Watch

One to pray

And one to keep the nightmares away. 

A Bun wrap.

It is amazing to me how I feel when I veil.
